What we can and cannot help with
We are an independent editorial site, not a store, a manufacturer, a campground or an outfitter. We cannot sell you anything, process an order, track a shipment or handle a warranty claim. For those, contact the retailer or the manufacturer directly, since they hold the order and the warranty.
We also cannot sign off on a heating, stove or power setup by email, and we cannot tell you what is allowed at your site. That is not caution for its own sake: the answer depends on the appliance and its published rating, the tent, the ventilation, the weather and the rules the land manager has in force that week, and none of that fits in an inbox. The manufacturer instructions and the campground or ranger office can answer it properly.
If you think something we published is wrong or out of date, please tell us and include the page. Corrections are the most useful email we get.
